Since partnering with Super Forgings & Steels Limited in 1997, we’ve become the sole Authorized Dealer for their products in Maharashtra. Specializing in trading and distributing various categories of specialized steel nationwide, we’re committed to delivering high-quality steel to manufacturers, fabricators, and end-users. Mr. Hasmukh D. Shah

In 1967, the founder Mr. Hasmukh D. Shah, at the young age of 25 years, established H.D. Industries with a capital of Rupees 11,000. At that time, it was no more than a small local business. He soon learned the ropes of the steel business with hard work, grit, and dedication. In a short time, he excelled in one thing—selling steel. His impressive sales ability, along with an overall futuristic approach, helped the company grow.

A few years later, his son Jatin Shah joined the business and began to expand its reach. It was time for Hasmukh Shah and Jatin Shah to take the company footprint further. It was the right time to become one of the leading steel trading companies in India. So in 1997, the company entered into a partnership with Super Forgings & Steels Ltd, Kolkata, India, to become their sole distributor for Maharashtra.

Since then, there is no looking back. Changes in customer needs, enhanced products, new business models, market-oriented strategies, and a fast-growing Indian economy further spurred the dynamic management capabilities at H.D. Industries.
